I'd find out where the air is going, because it has to be doing somewhere. Is it coming out of the purge valve at the bottom of the air dryer? If so, there's a valve to close the outlet port on the air dryer when the system goes into purge cycle.. that might be stuck closed.

    81pete Thanks this.

Thanks for the help the air gets to the dryer but not from the dryer into the primary tank I'm just going to replace the governor it's cheap enough and change the filter in the dryer that should remedy the problem thanks again

No it gets to the dryer but not to the primary tank the dryer is attached directly to the front of the primary tank what a stupid idea someone had to put it there

2014 Freightshaker DD15 in shop as I type.. week ago noticed suspension dump valve control in cab was chiming but while pulling away to unhook wagon every time (3) once out from underneath trailer rear truck suspension would spring up like it never dumped bags.. forgot and also figured problem only dumping bags or unhooking trailer. 6 days ago boss bought new flatbed 2021 Great Dane I hook up to pull 2 days ago. Great so far except today this morning after running in slush and 25’ temp brake pedal felt stiffer than it has been or should be. On haul today the rattling and rough ride was more extensive than normal ( they call em Freightshakers for a reason) so pull over to see WTF. Air bags full on tractor, leveling arm was tilted down showing me that air suspension was at max height. In cab flipped dump valve waited for 10 min ... NUTHIN. Got hit great that can’t wait so disconnected air line for driver rear air bag to exaust ALL air from all 4 bags . Checked/looked at suspension valve again noticed the 1/4 in line was broken apart (odd ya don’t see that every day) but line is blue and 4” of 1/4 line coming out of leveling valve - right above it it what looks to be where it had severed from cause there was a blue 1/4 in line coming from passenger side frame just hanging there. So in shop like I said mechanic who I know installed new leveling valve same brand Identical part... same issue -dump valve don’t work,, if ran operating position bobtailing for test run,, and fixing/coupling 1/4” line together air gauge says 60 lbs to 70lbs that usually 50000 to let’s just say OVERWEIGHT.... pull back into shop set parking brake and the air exaust from doing so sounded like truck truck held in a sneeze letting go the most halfassed release of air while setting brakes pulling out yellow parking brake.. I’m thinking the by this informative post checking air dryer valve(s) attached to dryer and everything after it is where the problem is... I will keep updated since I ain’t got #### else going on
