When the problem occurs I have no faults on the dash. I have no faults at all really. This morning I pulled the ABS fuse. Which put an ABS and traction control fault on the dash for the first time.

That's the plan today. Do you know if The stability control esc is tied in with the abs/atc system? I cannot find any fuses for ESC
-
Goodysnap Thanks this.

With no faults the system is activating stability or traction control when it’s not needed.
Thats why I asked if the brake pedal may be stuck slight. Without the brake pedal being applied it’s not going into an ABS event.
Either way, a wheel end or wheel speed sensor issue is the most likely root cause of the problem at hand. The ABS controller is likely just doing what it’s told to do. -
So I've been driving all day today and pulling the abs fuse seems to have eliminated the problem. Just so I'm getting this right. The software to disable the stability control and diagnose any other issues is Bendix? I just want to make sure because my mechanic had insite hooked up and working which had a load of parameters available but I didn't look for ESC at that time.

Yes correct.
Simply disabling the stability control on a truck that is equipped may cause other codes to show in engine or trans. But it may help narrow down the issue.
Bendix tech help is also a great resource

The owners manual for this truck specifically says the stability control need to be disabled if anything is added to the chassis
