Problems with the slack holding adjustment and pushrod travel? Release your brakes, mark the pushrod, apply 90psi, check travel. To see if the slacks are adjusting properly back on off, and have a partner apply the brakes repeatedly to 90 psi. Leave the wrench on the nut and watch for the wrench to turn no turning equals a bad slack. Should adjust all the way back. Do not ask me legal spec on the pushrod travel as different chambers have different acceptable strokes. After we know your chambers we can help you with the correct stroke. As for adjusting need the brand of slack for proper adjustment procedure.

Do both of your drive axles have spring brakes? On mine its just the front drive with spring brakes and my truck tends to roll forward at times as well when parking on hills even with the slacks in adjustment it will hold after pulling the trolley bar and releasing it but it does make me worry at times. I'd say start by adjusting your slacks as that also effects the park brakes. Could also be on the trailer if your trailer was set. I remember when I had one that was bad on my flat it had almost 4" of travel and I had to almost stand on the pedal to stop when that thing was out of whack. Have you noticed increased braking effort at all?
