Hard to overpay for something that is priceless. 389 is going away, along with an era. If you really want one, and got the money.. Small fleets and farms/bull haulers are grabbing them up. They got money to burn for nostalgia. It’s a lifestyle/ family trade for some not a job. Guys buying them are not living paycheck to paycheck crying about low rates on the load boards. Many are from Midwest towns where hoods still outnumber plastic . Just stop in Sioux Falls yesterday and took a peek at some of the custom builds being finished. Beautiful.
