Braun's Express - Cranbury, NJ

First I'll state that I don't work FOR this company, but I have delivered to this particular terminal a handful of times.

I think they deserve a nod because they really seem to have it together in this location:

It's an easy spot to find with easy access to the NJTP

They never act like they have no idea who I am or why I am there like many trucking companies do, in fact, the first time I was there the receiver met me outside in the parking lot (!!) so no trying to park and awkwardly wandering around a warehouse/terminal looking like a lost tourist.

I always get a door promptly (immediately) and they have never made us wait until they "got 'round to it", they pull a forklift driver straight over and unload the product. I have never been there more than 15 mins. In contrast, many truck companies we deliver to are worse than shippers and receivers for wasting time, seeming surprised and caught off guard when you show up at the time you agreed to, etc.

They will tell you when it's done!

In an era when the driver's (usually unpaid) time is not well respected, here we have an example of a trucking company that values your time, greases the wheels a bit to make it easier on the driver and is one of the only places I have ever been that can pull product out of a trailer in the 15 mins it should take!

This is as an outside, 3rd party so I imagine they treat their own employees at least as well as strangers!!
