It's decent but again , Texas can be a hard state to get out of for a good rate . Not trying to be mean but I wouldn't do it for that rate .

I ended up throwing another $150 at it and got a bite literally within 2 hours. There was a guy coming through Brewster with a stepdeck. He should be arriving here later this evening. I hope most or all of that additional $150 went into his pocket rather than the brokers.
