    So I went I looked this guy up. Single truck operation, and fairly new based on the DOT number. He also has a 50% out of service rate on inspections. Not exactly a cream of the crop operator.

    Bad enough he went under that bridge, but when you see an upgrade ahead of you something should kick in to your brain and tell you to stop immediately. What do you want to bet the light didn't flash so they continued on.

    Ouch... That's pretty bad. I could see it as scued statistics if it was 1 out of 2 inspections... But 3 of 6 and 2 of 4. That screams that he doesnt really know what he's doing.
