The company is no good! Stay away from them! It's all a big scam pretty much. I have work for them. Plenty of other drivers also. They are just like most other scam companies. You will make some money at first, but they are out for theirs and you are not of interest to them. The only thing you're doing is paying for their equipment.

I have 2 friends that went to Midland TX. They were told 20 grand a month plenty of oil no worries. From what I have read it's to late they have there trucks and signed the dotted line. I don't want to tell them because they will think I'm hating on them. But every post is pretty much negative. They had good jobs before. The recruiter told them some pretty amazing things. I find alot of this hard to believe. My thoughts are why isn't everyone doing it. There is a catch 22.

I've never known what to think about Bridger. If you listen to all the people on here who "know" all about it, and warn everybody, it sounds horrible. If you read most of these posts though, it's not from people who have actually worked there. Their friend, friend's friend, cousin, uncle, nephew, brother-in-law, guy down the street, are who actually worked there. I'm not saying some/most of the stores aren't/could be true. All I go by is who I have talked to who works there, standing next to their truck at a well site, or unload facility. Yes, I've been gone since September/October, so things could have drastically changed since then, I'm guessing. To me, those who treated being an owner operator like they were a company driver, setting a schedule, sticking to that schedule, not taking extra days off, or extra time off, did just fine. Those who always had a reason not to run, had to stay home a few extra days...those were the one's who fell behind, and possibly where all these negative posts come from. I dunno.

I've been gone since December ever since they changed the ICOA contract. When I was there you could Make good money if you did stick to your schedule and don't take extra days off. But you pretty much have to work 6 days a week just to get a decent settlement. I was working extra days all the time just because I would only get dispatched one load for the day and it was like a 2 mile run. But there were some days I would make 1000-1300 a day. But for the most part they just treat you like a company driver. There always on edge if you do anything wrong your terminated which is understandable. But at the the same time your an owner op so some respect would go a long way. It was a good stepping stone for me no got the experience under my belt now. They kept my last settlement which was about 3500, and I still owed them 1800 when I quit. So if you ask me. #### them.

I was in midland yesterday and saw a ton of bridger trucks and trailers sitting in the yard. As if they were being stored.

I was leased on with them from may '12 until Nov '15. Worst bunch of mo fo's out there. I made a few posts on here. You can make money if you are BUSY, but they couldn't get Ms America a job in a whorehouse much less keep oil. They treat people horrible and have unbelievable turnover. Most of the Upper management from the vice president on down are from Swift, Stevens and USA trucking. If you think you can get a fair shake as an owner op at swift ect then this is a good deal for you.

Wow 6 days a week and one off seems like no family time your just working to keep that truck. That you will never own. I work for a oil hauling company my take home was 120k for the year I'm sure it will go down this year. I work 4 on 1 or 2 days off just depends. Reading these post I'm staying put.

How is the oil hauling in Midland is it busy. My buddy said there more oil then they could Handel from the recruiter at Bridger plus a minimum of 20 grand a month. Just seems really hard to believe. Haven't heard from them in a week. It's slow in wyoming!
