I didn't sign the ICOA contract by December 1st and that was my way to get out of my contract. I was with them for over 2 years and I was gonna honor my original 3 year contract, but they kept amending(changing) the contract. I didn't mind them amending the contract the first 4 times, because they take things out the contract but put other things into the contract. But this last contract they were taking, but not giving.
Examples: Charging $300 more for the equipment and making it official that they can mess up your credit rating. But the main reason I left was dropping the rates 10%. Leaving was the best thing for me. I have a few buddies who stayed (one in the midland area, and the other one who transferred from west texas to south texas. I was in south texas, so I guess my buddy took my spot. It was actually a good learning experience, but I've moved on with no hard feelings. 2015 sucker tho.

Where you making good money? What was your shifts like 6 on 1 off did you work 12 to 14 hours. I'm just curious my friend went to Midland left a good job here. He just left like his pants where on fire. He signed the lease agreement saw his truck he posted. Is there a way out of the lease with no penalties

Well it's official, Bridger got their West Texas and Carlsbad walking papers from Shell. May 1st the no longer haul any Shell oil so keep this in mind when recruiters try to sell unicorns to you.

Yeah I found out in a meeting yesterday. I don't work for them, just wanted to get info to drivers before they put name on dotted line.

If I was making good money with Bridger, I'd still be with Bridger. Shift varies, you make your own schedule. You are dispatched today for loads tomorrow. At first I was running out of Houston area and I was doing 6-2,or 5-3(that's when I was making money there). Then I was finally transferred to south texas (which I applied for considering I'm from San Antonio, Texas). Once I was in south texas I started going home everyday at first. Then I'd start staying out more and go home whenever I felt. As of Dec 1st 2015 there will be a penalty for breaking your lease which will effect your credit rating.

buddy of mine ran for them for 2months.....theyll sell you some unicorns....try somewhere around $5k for lease payment everymonth and pay for everything yourself like you owed the thing...on top of that is two to three loads a day going to pay for you and your bills.....better off being a company driver making 20+hr....oh yes a must to tell them you want to cancel in 30 days or else your screwed....and when you turn in your truck you just drop it off at the yard then theyll email you with all the things that needed to get fixed...more $$$$outa your pocket....Stay Clear....unless you got a really good buddy buddy system but i dnt think thatll help.....gluck and all the negative reviews you seen/read are pretty accurate......but choose as you wish.

Drop it off and they will let you know? I guess it's safe to say drivers last settlement will be just enough to cover repairs.
