LOL, Thomas the Trucker needs me to dig up the proof about Bridger because he is too lazy to do it. Well here you go Thomas. It's pretty easy to go through these old forums and find the info you need.
Unfortunately some people are too lazy to read so they go to YouTube and find an 'expert'. I guess if you do not take a person's work history into account and go on what they report on their channel, then that's lazy too. Take this one guy I recently saw on YouTube crying how he watched some videos online about Bridger, went out to work for Bridger and ended up making zero and actually spent $2000 out of his own pocket just to survive through the ordeal! Bet he wished he would have dug a little deeper.
Thomas the Trucker came from OTR and is leading poor saps over to Bridger because they see him working in the oilfield at this moment and take that to mean he is an 'expert'. People should look at the content creator and ask is the info reliable. People should dig around on these forums and the web and find out as much as they can before they make important financial decisions. People should look into lease purchase and understand it's rarely if ever a good deal for the driver and you do not become a true O/O just because you make lease payments.
Bridger transportation, any info

Well it's a good thing that current drivers are giving people REAL updates on Bridger now on YouTube. For someone that's never worked for the company you sure seem to know every bit of it off of what you READ on the internet.

Now that bridger is owned by pilot flying j things will change I’m sure
Going oilfield in September 2018 will get you a six figure income if you want to work hard enough -
I saw another guy on Youtube who worked for Bridger. He was commenting on how people were trying to make referral money off their videos. I've been posting and helping people for years and never made any referral money. Also I don't have a side business I need to drive traffic toward so my updates stay very clean and true to their purpose- helping others find good jobs in the oilfield.
I guess when you have been around a while you don't have to read stuff on the internet or watch Youtube videos to know what has happened in the past because you have lived it. -
Well thank God for updates. Never had a reason to lie to people.
And as far as having another BUSINESS.. I don't see any reason why someone wouldn't want to build it no matter how they do it. But hey, some people don't like to see others succeed I guess.
That guy that said he lost out on money just happened to come in at the wrong time unfortunately. Bridger sand is up and working now but it's not always like that. As in the videos it's stated that it's alot of ups and downs.
But negativity always leads to failure.
@Oilfieldmike the crude oil side has been getting a little bit more work since the acquisition, but Pilot is not making any major changes until 120 days in from what we've heard. So alot of guys have plans to stack up as much as they can until that happens. Noone knows what's going to happen after 120 days. They might cut the sand division and might make all the lease drivers company drivers. We'll see. But for now the work is steady on the crude side. Way more then the sand as of now -

Pneumatic sand is on the way out. OSHA has lowered the limits workers can be exposed to silica dust. The smaller Frac companies will use pneumatic till the absolutely can’t by OSHA regulations deadlines.
Bridger just wasn’t managed properly. Plus the lease purchase was so bridger aided it was almost impossible to complete much like many other companies
There are many many other companies to go with if you still want to hual sand. I’m sure bridger sand will not survive on its own after pilot makes it an orphanTexasBoy Thanks this. -

The current PEL is 100 micrograms
The final rule lowers the permissible exposure limit for respirable crystalline silica for all industries to 50 micrograms per cubic meter of air averaged during an 8-hour shift.
Hydraulic fracturing operations in the oil and gas industry must institute – by June 23, 2021 – dust controls to limit exposures to the new PEL.
Pneumatic has been found to barely meet the current PEL of 100. No way can it meet the new PEL unless you wear SCUBA gear lol. -
That old saying, "You can lead a horse to water..." comes to mind now
ironmule Thanks this.
