So did they fix the problems of the R283a's or same issues on these new R284's
Just looking for real world feed back. I gave up on R283a's and hoping I can go back to Bridgestone for steers.
Thanks

Truck 2 got a set of 284's in July. So far so good.
I've had a set of 283A's for about 18 months that are starting to wear I little funny, but I think that's alignment related ( cause I curbed it pretty good ).
Think Truck 2's were just under $900 Out The Door.slow.rider, spyder7723, watkinstire2020 and 1 other person Thank this. -
I haven't experienced any problem with Bridgestone so far, so they must have fixed the issue. I recently bought my set of Bridgestone tires from 4WheelOnline, and I must say, it has been a wise purchase from the get-go.

We have them on all 3 of our Cascadias and they work better than anything else.
The one I'm driving now came with 283's. They look to have / are wearing pretty well.
I think the truck makes a difference.
Stuff with set back axles are harder on steers.slow.rider and bzinger Thank this. -
Real world feedback: These are all Bridgestone 284s 16 ply, exept for the brown truck, it is a 283A. All with low miles. We use Bridgestone steers and drives on 8 our trucks. We are in the process if taking all steers off and replacing them with something else.
