    Aquarius, the hiring area at Britton seems kinda spotty. Depends on ifyou are in an area we service regularly. We do go to Mt. Airy pretty regularly on the flatbed side. My best advice is to call and ask.

    Just an update on my time with Britton. I am doing pretty good here. Almost 3 years now. We all got a 3 CPM pay raise last month. So, considering my experience, I get 45cpm not counting any bonuses. And we have plenty of loads to keep as busy as you'd want to be. Looks like I will make about 55k this year. Been home pretty often, and all the office people are really friendly and easy to get along with. All in all, I am pretty happy and content here.

    I live in NC by Fort Bragg. I go home once a month by choice to attend my National Guard drill in Concord. Bodie our tour guide has got me home for every drill and school. They have treated me well here since I started in March.
    As Mr. Ed said we go to the east VA and NC in flatbed, not sure about the van side. Hope this helps.

    Pulled a load Britton brokered this summer -- rate was good, description was accurate, and the speed of payment was remarkable (4 days). They seem like one of the good ones...
