They're fun for a time, like strippers, but eventually the charm wears off. The period of time it takes varies quite a bit but seems to be directly proportional to the actual amount of time you spend with them not actually...well, you can figure it out.

You're referring to the "hot/psycho" matrix??? The hotter she is, the crazier she is.

Today was...tough. Started out good, @cnsper is really good at knowing when to do the work and use me for a tool hander and gofer, and when to hand me the wrench and say "Ok, your turn." We were down to the point of heading out to replace the last four drives when the #### went sideways. There was one half axle that had the work done By someone else...a mechanic of known quality who must have had a brain fart or just a bad day...doesnt really matter now. I'm driving it out to the main road, watching the gauges and noticing nothing whatsoever to indicate the catastrophe going on behind me. Just as I was slitting to the penthouse the first time I notice @cnsper having a grand mal seizure in his truck in front of me. Look in the mirror and see smoke pouring from under the right side. Get her stopped.and after.a.roadside disassembly, we uncover a catastrophic bearing failure doue to some very serious over torquing...now we're dead in the water for another day.

    More later...

@cnsper thinks so and in this instance I bow to his greater experience, but my first instinct was it was shot also.

xsetra, cke and Oxbow Thank this.
