How about the driver does what they are technically supposed to do, and switches to "on duty" to nswer the phone call every 4 hours? "Opps, i need atleast 7 hours consecutively reset my clock, looks like im to going to roll out now." Better call that customer and tell thrm the truck isnt moving because you dont understand hours of service or have a shred of respect for the person doing the work?

Should be "not going to roll out now"
OppsKB3MMX Thanks this. -
"How about the driver does what they are technically supposed to do...." - and they just fine you for late delivery, call/email me 1000 times, which just prompts me to call more, and it lowers my metrics with the customer meaning i get less business from them and we all end up losing money . Best practice is to call the broker and tell them where you stop, what reefer temp is set to, and then make sure they know its break time and not to call.Jubal Early Times Thanks this.
