    Try to explain this better, Carrier bids on loads he can low ball as he know he can claw back difference by broker fees then pass the rate to lease owner.He wins more bids due to lower base line he will take loads at.so I am not great at understand load structure and lousy at math but here goes the Load from shipper is haggled to $1500 broker A takes 250 fee Carrier broker takes $250 offers to driver at $1000 takes their 25% of load giving them a $500 load profit instead of $250 .(very simplified example) Is a lot going on with former carrier.

    Very good question, sorry I dont no the answer. I do no the law says you have the right to see the actual bill of what the load paid the carrier. Providing you are being paid percentage.

    Questions like this are a good reason. To spend $45 and join ooida. There business service dept has the answer.
