I have not hauled for this broker. Depending on how late the payment is. In the Rate Confirmation it will state the number of days to pay.
Typical for the brokers I use are 30 days or less.
When the payment date is 30 days (or days agreed to in contract) and you haven't received payment. File on the brokers bond.
If you don't have the information in their contract, you can find it on the:

I had a problem getting paid by JB Hunt a few years ago. I managed to get through to their accounting department after about 50 (literally) calls. He told me the accounting department that takes calls was small and that's why it took so many calls to actually get through. They fixed the problem and payment went through.

I email/call at 45 days. If I don’t get a favorable response, I file on bond. If bond company is shady I call Baxter Bailey. I have not done any business with the outfit you mentioned.i do look up company history with B&B, google maps, DAT, and check out a company’s bond company before calling for a load. Even then you can still get burned.

A Broker tried not paying me for 82 days giving me the run around. I ended up getting my money obviously causing them issues now less a carrier. I know they're hurting because they even tried calling me back a few times because the ELP is messing them up. Some need to simply use common sense.
