Broker transparency explained

Knowing what the broker is making does not change your cost to operate one iota. We tried beating this into your heads in 2018-19 when this was all the rage to whine about. Welcome to the newest market correction, not everybody is going to make it through. If you think it's tough now you better jump out.

 

For many, the competitors are in the mirror. They are the ones who get in their own way chasing pennies.

WRONG, it doesn't matter. If you meet your financial goal with a load, what everyone else makes DOES NOT MATTER, it only matters what you make.

It won't fix a thing, this is a free market, it is regulated to a point to make sure people get paid but it won't change a thing.

Yeah that only happens in the movies and fiction stories.

Then move on, lots of freight out there.

This is true, most who are crying about brokers don't see the picture they are part of, they cry about how the megas control the rates or the brokers stealing THEIR money or the carrier they are leased to is taking too much of a cut of THEIR money. If they would learn how to work the loads to their advantage and stop acting like they are more important than the customer, they could make more money.

Well yeah, of course they feel this is important, they sit on the load board passing up a lot of work, and some of it isn't cheap freight.

OMG what a concept, walking away.

It seems that these are the same people who are crying about how much regulations are in the cab and all that bs, they welcome more regulations to make more money but when they see new stuff, OMG the world is going to end.

My hope is we reduce the capacity close to what it should be, not this 27% plus, it is amazing how many are not failing with all these metrics against their existence.
