    If you think you have it under control then go about your business. Just be wary of this industry - it can be very rewarding and friendly, but can also be cutthroat and a place to make enemies. It's all about how YOU treat the drivers hauling your frieght, and the shipper giving it to you... don't screw anyone over and you will likely be screwed over much less yourself. The second you exploit your position to get more money out of someone just because you can and they are desperate in that moment, you will soon see the tide begin to turn.

    Thank you for your words, and I will. I was just trying to figure out an easier solution and figured by having the shipper cut the check to the driver directly and then taking my % after the check cleared that would show drivers I would work with there was no funny buisness and help build a trust between us because you never know when you might need someone's help... Thank you again.
