I think most back solicit policies just state that if you do back solicit any freight you gain from that you owe the broker 10% for a period of 12 months. So I don’t endorse it because it’s bad business it doesn’t prevent you from doing it.

 

The 10% is less than he thinks a broker should make, so go for it.
