I do. I remember the first ATMs. I thought it was great. Deposit my check at the drive through, keep $20 out for the week. Driving around for an hour sometimes on Tuesday or Wednesday looking for one of my Banks based on memory only. Just to get another $20 till Friday. Lol. Saved a lot of money in a short time. Got married, bought a house, been broke ever since. Lol.

Truck allowance, Lol. It’s already been happening. UPS gets huge Tax incentives to upgrade. They need the help. We need them. The best part is that 70% if their freight gets sent through the tax payer subsidized Postal Service. What a deal.

    That's ok.
It is called knowing your place in the row.
The question remains. Can someone get $1500 to Columbus OH, while I got only $955.
Furthermore, should I not take it or stay at home and idle, when they say that this is shooting them in the foot?
How is the work ethic and my own estimates relevant in this social dilemma now?
    See the contradictions?
Transparency is immoral. It does not align with American spirit but if someone is running for less than they can, that's considered bad. I will make a profit this week.

I'll buy food, gas, pay telephone bills.

It begs a question who needs Economics, well Micro Economics here more, I or them?

No Competition does. The standard was 6%, along with a 90 day contract to list. During tough times, Competition drove it down to as mis as 2%, with a 30 day contract. In good times, Competition also drove the % down, due to higher prices and easier sales. The Market adjusted to meet demand. It should. Anytime pricing is imposed it causes delays in the Market. One example is FHA mortgages. Their rates are set at a timeline, when rates are dropping, they’re higher. When rates are rising they’re sometimes still stuck at a lower rate. The regulators can’t respond as quickly as the fair market can. We don’t need to be muddled down in more rules.

I was offered $1,100 today and told that was everything she had in it. Five minutes later I had the rate con for $1,300. I really wanted $1,400 and said that was my best. I guess I should have stormed off angrily when she gave me that tired old all I got in it stuff? It wasn't a home run or anything but both of us were satisfied. Isn't that the point when working with a decent broker. Or should you just always try to get everything you can because they're millionaires and they got money? And end up with nothing?

How well does that really work in a down market and do you actually have anyone that will load you up with repeat business? It's difficult out here so you take little wins as you can get them. Good luck with your negotiations when you learn what the broker really makes. Your competitors still don't GAF and will continue to gladly undercut you. They'll need to outlaw competition.

Fine… Joliet to grove port for 1170. Can’t get much closer to Columbus than that. And No it’s not work ethic. It’s called business ethics
