Brokers plan to fight FMCSA's transparency push

It’s nobody’s business what the broker makes. If a broker is getting paid 5,000 dollars to move a load and some idiot takes it for 1,000 dollars whose fault is that? The broker isn’t the problem.

 

This poor horse has been beaten enough.
Either you get it or you dont.
But just for kicks and giggles let’s say you know what the shipper is paying the broker. What keeps another trucker from undercutting you? Nothing does.

 

They'll be demanding for that soon enough. Have to stop those evil brokers from allowing the noble truck driver to go under.

As a carrier, try and go to the Shipper yourself and talk to them. Brokers Need Carriers to Move the Freight. But Carriers don't need Brokers to obtain a Freight Shipment.

 

Not to worry, the new regime will kill any new regulations anyways…..

 

We have ALWAYS know there was crooked crap going on but no one would listen much less do anything about it. I quit dealing with brokers years ago.
