One more inconvenience upon leaving: I couldn't book loads when accounts weren't released yet since they waited for brokers to pay them. It took a month or so to go around that part. One broker didn't pay for a long time. I thought--maybe on purpose. Who knows what connections they make behind your back, especially when you want to leave. They can also ruin your relationships with good brokers when they know you are about to leave.
Once released: FREEDOM.
Otherwise, it's bondage.
