    Where are you coming from--there is only one little nothing stop in Brownsville itself---but many of the transfer points have large secure areas you can spend the night in....But otherwise nothing real close--there is a large pull off area on 83 just west of town--but no facilities---Personally--I tcob@ ganado--then ride down to the Stripes at Riviera--just above scale and ride in the AM--

    The DOT loves to inspect trucks parked at that pull off area. Everytime I go to Brownsville they have 2 or 3 trucks in there.

    Well I found my customer by the port, and can stay the night here next to the warehouse. It's open 24/7 so I don't think I will have problems. I don't need to leave the truck for any reason anyways. Took my shower in Edna like normal, have food and water, and empty bottles :p

    Oh and btw - I did see a Stripes with a few parking spots on 511 just east of 77/83.
