I have also been talking with them. The only thing he will say about home time is every weekend. Whats the possibility of getting through home a little more often? I live in Northeast Ms and see Oakley coming in and out of the local steel mill very regularly. Some are hauling in bound only, but I have loaded coils along side of a few as well.

They won't guarantee anything more than the weekend. Yes their is a chance that you will get by more often but they're not going to tell you that they will be able to get you home and then it not happen.
A ton of shred is hauled into Columbus by Oakley and you will definitely do some of it but Oakley also has a ton of driver's that live up that way so it's probably not something that you could do all the time.
The last I heard, the coil deal is a dedicated deal and it's only 3 driver's on it unless they added more.

I knew something was odd because i have a friend leased to them and I don’t think he ever hauls coils out. They are thick as thieves coming in. I guess they get a helluva lot of shred.

Got onto a Cat scale and weighed in at 20,600 with 1/2 tank of fuel , 1/2 tank of def and my fat butt in it. I figure 21,500 with full tanks. What I didn't know was the stupid emissions under the step weigh in at 400 pounds!! what a crock! That's for a stock 389 with a stand up sleeper and 260 gal total fuel. 280" WB.

'13 389, ISX-15, 18 speed, 280" WB, 75" stand up sleeper. 2 tool boxes, tools, POL, fridge, 1/2 fuel(130 gal). Full emissions, Like I said, that's almost 500 pounds by itself.

I had to ensure that my weight was low enough to pull a average load. It was said that as long as you're below 22,500 you'd be alright.
Also putting it out there to anyone who needs/wants to know.
