Looked out the window to see this following me on Hwy 56 east of Lyons, Kansas today.. Pulled over snapped a few pictures of her.. Hope everyone in her path was safe!! They sure are pretty as long as ur not in there way.. Lol

 

Made it to Indiana, I don't think I will ever except another Kroger Load.. Did not care at all for there D.C.s.. Good stores, just awful experience at the D.C.s...

So p/u at Kroger after dropping there and against everything inside me saying no, I brought a load to Houston.. Was in and out after a short argument Lumpers.. Told them if they wanted to be butts I would gladly drive the load back to Indy.. They said go ahead if u want.. Walked out towards the truck and they came and stopped me, told me they wanted the load!! Thought so!! So shut the heck up and get it unloaded!! Lol

Now just waiting to get loaded downtown Houston!! Pulled up at 8ish and they told me my appointment was not until 3:00pm.. Ok, I'll be in the truck!! About 12:00 the dock worker comes and try's to hustle me for $20.00 tell me he will get me loaded now for that.. I said, I'll wait for my appointment time, thanks!! Now I'll try to charge the shipper Detention for there dock worker being an idiot!! That told me the load was ready but they are running a hustle game here!! Not me buddy, I'll turn it back at you, just watch and see!! Lol

Anyway the load out of Houston does not pay all that well, but it gets me north where it's cooler..

I guess Roadrunner came and did some head chopping at the office the other day. So I guess we have some changes, don't know why, don't care! But! I don't know what is going to happen with my new truck situations?? I'll keep u all posted!!

 

Amen Joetro.. I am not a fan of Kroger, treat drivers like there 2nd Class citizens..
Houston?? Could they make there streets any smaller?? Lol

 

Thanks Blade.. Just jumped into the new truck yesterday! It had 10 miles on it..

Pulled out of the lot in Wichita to p/u a load and the truck would not switch from low side to high side.. 10 miles on it!! Lol

So called the brake down # at TEL and told them, they asked some questions and told me to head to Freightliner..

Sat at Freightliner for about 5 hours, they finally figured out what was wrong, the air selector was bad.. Also had to have the left side marker replaced because it was burnt out.. Lol / but the whole thing was covered under warranty. yes!!!

My wife called to ask if I had picked up my load and I was too feared to tell here I was at Freightliner.. So I told her no waiting for them to get it finished, well I have a nervous laugh and she knows that I am lying to her when she hears it.. So after 10 min of trying to hide this I finally told her.. I think she is close to having me committed. Lol

Anyway got the load on and drive up to Iowa and did a drop and hook, the reason I am awake after only 3 hours of sleep is because, wait for it.. Wait for it.. Keep waiting it's almost here.. Drumm rolllll..... The idiot parked next to my just hit me pulling out!!! oh my goodness, Murphy law is in full effect!!!

I jumped out of the truck after I felt it shaking just to find his trailer hit my mirror and thank goodness did no damag, just folded it in.. But I am wide awake now.. Lol

I will share some thoughts about this new Lease with TEL latter.. If anyone is thinking of doing this, I am starting to think new with warranty it the way to go!!
