Now you tell me.. Lol / I am enjoying Bruegner, it is definitely becoming more easier to figure out, I'm starting to see some off the different lanes. We have some great drivers, who are very helpful!!

Ok, so it's been one of them days! Why? IDK!! I just woke up, feeling blahh! I took a few minutes and prayed, talked to the wife and felt a lot better. But all day little things where driving me crazy.. The guy who took 15 min to back up, the car that almost smacked my bumper changing lanes like a mad man, the trucker doing 80 mph up 35 with tires flying apart and his rim dragging; and the fact he drove for about 25 miles like this in the passing lane!!
But I also appreciate the good through out today. Called Kenny (Dispatcher) and he got me preplanned with a few loads ( my jaw dropping / preplanned has been unheard of for me). Kenny really seems to care about what he does, and I appreciate this more than he will ever know (unless he reads the trucker report.. Lol) ..
So got on Hwy 35 heading north out of Fort Worth towards Wichita with what I call my slavery load of beer!! I don't know if people in Texas now that the 13th admin meant abolished slavery? But it just does not seem like you make much money out of Texes!! Anywho!! I headed to the scale to find I was 1300 over on my steers, and 1600 over on my drives.. My total weight was 79800.. Really!! Why do they have to pack it that full? Don't answer this question, we already established this is slavery, or highway robbery of the truck driver.. Well in the end with some adjusting, the best I could get was 13ish, 34ish and 33ish good enough to run with.
Put some K love on the radio, got to rocking to some 3rd day and before I knew it here I was in Wichita..
So if your reading this thread wondering about coming to work with Bruegner / Roadrunner the first thing I want to warn you about is Texas!! Don't go there!! Like there sign on the highway says, "DONT MESS WITH TEXAS" lol..
Anywho!! God is good!! And I thank him for another safe day!!LifesAdrive Thanks this. -
How is everyone doing today? I am highly considering signing on with bruenger as a lease driver. I've talked to the recruiter Tony.. He seems like a good guy. I was just wondering if I can see $1500 or more on average with them? Do you deadhead alot?

As far as money goes it would be easy for you to make $1500 or more some weeks. If you have to reset or recap hours in a week you will lose some revenue. If you go home like some guys do for 4 or 5 days you will lose money.. On avg for me, I'll stay out for about 3 weeks at a time and I have made over $1500 a week. One week I pulled a little over $2200.. But I also had a $700.00 week my first week out!! These are based on all bills payed.. I'll send you my tel # if you have any questions I can try and help answer them..roadrunner876 and Highwayroller99 Thank this. -

Hey, itaff. Thank you so much for the quick response. I just want to make sure then I'm going with the right company. I've heard horrible things about roadrunner and I know this company is under the roadrunner umbrella so I'm just making sure. I live in Michigan and he said it's good running lanes where I am at. So I just wanted to make sure -
I'm on my way up near Green Bay right now as we speak, they don't never really tell me where I'm going but always asked where I want to go so that's kind of nice about this company.

I'm gonna do it. I am going to sign on. I hope they have a good truck waiting for me.. I've never hauled refrigeration freight. Just flatbed and water heaters but I'm sure I'll catch on.. As long as the money is right and the dispatchers are willing to work with me and communicate with me. I'll be fine.

If you do decide to run down this road, I would encourage you to do a few things.
1. Pray Gods in it with you!
2. Get on line and register for your EIN, and register your self as a LLC..
3. When you get to Wichita, do a very close inspection of your truck! Don't sign your lease until it is how you want it. I fought for new tires, I got new recaps.. No big deal, better than what was on here. Check your truck over close.. Unless you are doing the new Volvo lease.. Lol
4. Call me if you have any questions?? I sent you my tel # and I will honestly tell you the good and bad..
Good luck and God Blesss you as you start down this fun filled road of becoming your own boss!!LifesAdrive and Highwayroller99 Thank this.
