    Couple of weeks ago saw a Bruenger Volvo sitting in a lot next to our yard (South Holland) for 4 days straight!!!!!.....Driver was in it too....

    Back at aa again.. With my own truck this time. They say it's slow up here as well.. Should kick off soon. It's that time of the year for reefer freight.

    I have been waiting for it to pick up.. How is it being back at A&A Hagar..?

    Last week I made $500.00 on 1800 miles. Been out for almost a month trying to push through this funk called winter.

    I did find a pretty good load this week, took a load of potatoes from Amarello area up to Boston, brokered it with TQL for $3500.00 so it works out to about 1.78 a mile.. Bruenger found me a load to pick up, I'll make about .20 cents a mile going back towards the Midwest. It's funny I had talked to the broker on tomorrow's load and told him no the day prior, but I was told freight is tight and it's all we can find.. Lol

    So it's still fast or famin here!! If I don't get a few better weeks soon, I will have no choose but to walk away.. So hurry up and start BBQ ing America!! Lol

    Can you take some dry van loads???....not that the rates are any better...

    Only pulled two 1.30 a mile loads here so far.. But I haven't sat waiting yet.. Little different for me this time around, paper logs, and my own truck and insurance. Nothing comes out except fuel.
    Hopefully this picks up up soon.. I have never seen it this dead in April.

    I hear that.. I'm headed home for a few days, I hope after a few days at home I come back and it is moving.. It has to pick up soon.. Lol

    Man, I don't know ... I'm getting unloaded in Laredo at a shipper I loaded at last summer.

    It's a 65 door warehouse. Last year it was a zoo with trucks coming in and out ... today? I'm the only truck here.

    Read the hole post! It took a couple days but it was very good read.i for one have not seen the freight biz so low and i do pray it will pick up. Thanks for posting! Im 10/10 here in texas.
