What I find funny is the op complaining about bad straps, yet when the company is informed they replace with good ones. Isn't that a good thing? Sure I guess the company could have inspected everything before assigning the truck, but does any company do that?

Last time I checked, BT Express Global is one of those second chance companies. My question is why go there unless you had no other option? BTW. No, I've never done flatbed and two when I was out of a job, they were suggested as an alternative along with a few others.

I guess my question would be: Did they tell you they pay extra for OS/OD, and Tarpping, and bonuses...and then not give them to you? Or was it not even discussed, only assumed?
