Theres one BTC driver that needs the brakes beat off his ### and his mouth sewn shut because he pops off at the mouth to much. Don't remember his truck number. Was a black dude.

 

I plan on it but I'd like to hear the truth, not the sugar coated half truth the recruiting will tell me.

 

Called em, got the recruiting run down, all 2010 and newer macks, start at 24%, spend 1 week at orientation then 4 weeks on the road with a trainer at $400 a week. Home every weekend.

Yeah I just got my new Mack a few months ago...I have been kept busy every single day and could have ran the weekends if I wanted but opted to pend the weekends at home...just like they said...the pay is good...we are on percentage pay now and, for the most part, it all works out just fine...in fact, Im making between 80 and 150 dollars more per week now that I am driving for percentage cut.

 

Sounds pretty good to me. Only thing that makes me think about going somewhere else is that they're not offering the va apprentice program. Thats an extra 1100 a month. But the weekends home sound great. How are those trucks.

 

They are pretty sweet bro....I love mine...plenty of power when you need it.

I work for BTC as well and, to tell the truth about it, I have absolutely no complaints what so ever. The pay is good, the home time is exactly what they advertise, and the people there are very easy to get along with as long as you do your job. Its all what you make of it man.
