I have the original big Bucees 20 minutes north of my hometown in Luling, TX. It's a giant cluster during normal weekends and a extreme sheyat show any time around a major holiday.

I was not impressed -- & VER-RY pricey.
Instead: stick with a real quality piece of beef, from elsewhere -- that's fresh out of a smoker.

It's not bad but I'd rather buy brisket from a real bbq joint. Joel's is fine but I usually go into the Mexican restaurant next to it.Tall Mike Thanks this.
