Buel rip off

You been trucking for 32 years and need for me to answer this? There are legal ways and there are illegal methods. The legal ways is through the court, you can go thru Small Claims Court without a lawyer. Now, I am not going into the illegal ways here in the "open". But Buel and the carriers like them know full well that 99% of the drivers are going to "tuck their tails between their legs" and go home and just gripe and cry.

 

Not really, one driver living in WA said he does pretty good there. I recommended the company to him because no other company would hire him; at least that's what he told me through PM's. He likes the consistant long haul miles. There's something for most everyone in trucking. What one person experiences isn't the same with everyone else. Strong people do what they have to do to keep from being an unemployed no-load on the taxpayers.

 

I just talked to one of their drivers who said they finally went under and were bought by Freymiller. He said the owners were doing the same as what Arrow was doing in spending or taking out loans off the leased trucks. He said he started or continued a lease with Freymiller. I didn't get into details but I'm sure he lost everything he put into the lease at Buel and just started a new one with Freymiller.

 

I would love some confirmation, not to mention I don't know what Freymiller would be buying, unless it's just for accounts. The trucks and trailers are all old junk.

 

yes they were acquired by Freymiller, Freymiller basically bought them for the accounts and to get a foothold in the Carolinas and Southeast, My former Merit Dispatcher works for Freymiller and he told me this
