Thanks for reading. I am a new to trucking myself although my father was an OTR and recently settled to a local route. I want to know if there are any other Latino drivers on this site and if being such comes with any extra burden be it from dispatchers, companies, or even other drivers or police departments. Although I live in the SF bay area I have experienced my fair share of prejudices. Is it a difficulty to take into consideration when going on the road?
Buenos dias! any othe latino/hispanic drivers out there?

People detect some kind of accent on me but never known where I'm from. I have always been treated like anybody else, which is what I always wanted, so I couldn't care less.
