Build a Better Load Board

I would like to see a system built so as to allow the customer ( warehouse or manufacturer ) to post just contract bids(not individual loads) for lanes of travel and capacity on the contract. This in turn allows a one driver or small fleet to be able to see the contracts available in the market. all those said driver or small fleet can bid the contract and not deal with the broker. Not real hard to line up your own freight moves with out the customer having to get involved in that part just post it to their contractors and they pull the load number and set their pick up. this would allow the customer the right to post to their private board for that contract and set the pick and delivery time for the load and the driver/ company can do all the logistics and set it to load all paperwork thru the site back to customer and not real hard to put an invoice feature there for load delivery macro to auto generate with driver/company info on it to send to customer put every one on a 14 day pay out eft or ach easy but never done and it would take most of the brokers out of the mix
