Well all I have to say is we all know what pays more and it isn't van!! It sounds to me like someone couldn't hack it in Flatbed!! It's ok tho usually a real man would cut his losses and keep on going. Nope not you JDR1989 you have to just complain like a lit*le gi*l about sleeping in a truck and having to actually do a little bit of hard work... Remember everyone feel free to PM me for the FACTS and to take everything with a grain of salt.

Not to step on your toes there (yupitsreallyme),but I have done both flat bed and dry van. With the van industry doing mostly drop and hook as well as paying almost what BTC pays by the mile you can make about the same. In fact I pulled for Celadon for 2 years and did exactly that at .34 cents a mile. It was a sweet dedicated run. It almost seems to me that you may be the same person that is doing all the typing for the user name BTCFLAT. It really doesn't look good for a member of a company that actually works in the office to slander people for complaining about their experiences at working for BTC. So creating a new username that is not associated with the companies name in order to troll online is quite unprofessional. So without saying names I know who this is and I have also heard your complaints about the company.

LOOK WHAT YOU'VE BEEN WRITING ON HERE ABOUT BTC!! You're just making yourself look bad right now trying to make me look like the bad guy. That's okay at least I'm speaking the truth about BTC!

I talk to people who still work there. So again I know who you are. You are the one that in the meetings preaching company policies. But last year when they laid you off from the office and made you get back in the truck all you did was complain. And not to mention the company policy that you were preaching didn't seem to apply to you since you had to do it. I have heard your complaints from the inside that office to what goes on the road. Now go back to when btc was a good company to work for. My posts at that point showed I was happy with them. But that company has changed . They promised detention pay rather the customer pays it or not. Want to know what they said every time I asked them about my pay? Well that customer don't pay detention. Home weekends? Depends if you want to make money or not. And as far as who looks professional or not. The difference in me and you is simple. I don't work in the office you do. You actually represent that company and slander people who say bad things about that company. I just tell of my experience of working there. Which I can go on and on about. I am a driver that does not want to be lied to by a company who over the last few years had showed signs of financial difficulties. So I will tell the truth that you in the recruitment department will not. Sad that you would do people like that. And I also noticed that you had no argument about the things that I posted about the company. Kind of hard to argue when the other person is right. I have made it a point not to bash BTC on here. And still haven't. Just the truth that it is not the same company it once was.
