Please don't throw all of us younger drivers in that class some of us always have and always will drive hoods. Op I can't comment on boxes because they were extinct before I was born, but I will say I don't like 15s there's to much of a spread in the top holes, and with a little press work and pieceing a few things together you can have a double over 13 that will hold up to most anything.

I had substantial mods to my RTOO15613 including a lube pump and cooler tapered roller bearings updated main shaft just to start. It wouldn't live behind my little B model. Tried it 3 different times. Also if you take a RTO and turn the counter shaft gears around and put the RTOO front gears in you end up with a big spread between 2 and 3 and 8 and 9.
