Your state will pay for cdl school through the WIOA Program.
Carolina Cargo and PI&I Motor Express hire felons including murder & manslaughter. He must complete cdl school first though because those two companies don't have cdl training.
Millis Transfer might hire you if you're in the hiring area. They've done it in the past. Millis Transfer trains in Cartersville, GA and has their own cdl school.
Apply with Millis Transfer first, and if that doesn't work, try WIOA Program in Georgia.
Pretty sure Millis Transfer does hair follicle drug test.
The others, pretty sure just do urine drug test.

To be safe, you need to be clean for 12 months for hair follicle.
