I was looking for a while to find a better solution to keep my bungees organized. I think that will do it. I can hang the "Rocket" on the headache rack and when I need to use them, I can stand the rocket on the ground. I used some of the cheap 10 foot drainage pipe ( 10 Bucks at Lowes, I cut about 3.5 foot of and used a unit bit to drill bigger holes) as a bottom I used that little grad ( i used self tapping screws to attach it to the pipe)......

I clicked on this hoping that someone had a layover and in their boredom, came up with a bungy powered projectile. Something that required safety glasses and came with the warming- "don't try this at home"

They do just fine sitting on my passenger side floorboard. I don't slit my wrists if I lose an S hook that way because I have 100 more in my sidebox for my shock cord anyway.

It turns out the Bungee Cord Rocket was at the basic a good idea just the construction really sucked. The handling was perfect, but the material of the pipe ( I used the thin french drain pipe http://www.homedepot.com/p/Advanced...0-ft-2-Hole-Triplewall-Pipe-4520010/100191022) sucks big time. The thickness of the material is just not strong enough if you just have the bungees on one side. I used half of the bungees shown in the pic and the rest of the bungees where stron enough to bend the pipe in a 90 degree angle. In my next try, i'll use a real drain pipe, like the white water pipe. That stuff is much stronger.
