check to see if you have power going to the blower motor 387 is something different when it comes to electrical more of a nightmare than anything nothing in that truck makes sense the way they connect them check if you have power going to the blower motor if you do not then check at the resistor switch relays and fuses etc. i've had all kinds of weird issues with these kind of trucks everything from sleeper loosing ground which by the way it's different from cab ground to all the way the module on the side box being bad and loosing contact since the solder connections broke off from vibrations.

I believe there is a fuse panel in the passenger side compartment under sleeper , check that first , then check current to blower motor and check ground as well .

You need to replace your expansion valve to correct this problem in the sleeper

I’m having same issue. Took blower out to test and it works. Test light to the harness plug and both leads are testing hot. I’m guessing the switch itself, or the resistor maybe. Am I on the right track? All fuses are good too btw.

if both leads testing hot than I would make sure you have a good ground connection I’ve had this issue before.
