Bunny can correct me but Celadon does not hire unless you have 3 months of tractor trailer experience and graduated from a certified training school.

Kinghunter has it right, need a minumum of three months plus school to get on board with Celadon. My hubby drives for them also.

I agree ...at least 3 months of OTR is what I have been told from a few recruiter's.....

HAPPY HOLIDAY'S TO EVERYONE !!! -
Hey there everyone!!! Sorry haven't had time to post anything lately here but have been kinda busy...I am home now for Christmas vacation..Imagine that..I was home 4 days early...No freight that would get me out and back in time for Christmas..Oh well...Guess it's all worth it...I'll still continue to post updates here even from Vegas!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm gonna have soooooooo much fun!!!!
-
Hey Bunny. Wondered what happened to you! Celadon keeping you busy while everyone else is sitting around looking for freight? Glad you made it to Vegas, although you missed the snow! My ex lives there, so I would probably do something I would regret if I went there now. I did see one of your coworkers out on the road last week. Celadon ProStar came flying in to the Pilot at Plymouth, IN with a lady driver... but alas, not our Bunny. Talked to her a bit. She just started a couple months ago, and she came from CR England... so ANY other company would make her happy!
MERRY CHRISTMAS Bunny and enjoy your stay in Vegas. Remember, what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas... unless it's contagious! -
So very true...What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas!!!! And if you were to c the Bunny Truck, U would know it's me..I have it written on both sides of the sleeper...Alas I have not made it to Vegas just yet..I leave the Austin airport on the 26th..Merry Christmas n Happy New Year to each n every driver that has made it home and to those that haven't made it there..

Bunny,
Thanks for the information you provide on this thread. I have a quick equipment question. Are all Celadon tractors 10 speeds?
Also, how often do you make it to Canada? Thanks again for your input.

Hey everyone!!!! I so hope all of you had an awsome Christmas and a very Happy New Year!!! I know I did..I had alot of fun in Vegas.. I got to go see the lion habitat and got alot of pictures of everywhere I went. There is so much to see there.. I didn't gamble awhole lot but I dropped a few dollars into the penny slots.. New Years Eve was a madhouse!!!! But it was fun! So I'm back on the road now trying to get back in the game of "work" hahahahaha..Miles are still down and freight is still somewhat slow but it should be picking up soon I hope. I am uploading all my vacation pictures onto myspace page.. For those of you that want to see them, feel free to look there. I have all kinds of pictures there and several different albums. Just use my info from here..BUNNY/34/COPPERAS COVE,TX.76522... It's taking a while to upload them because there's like 100 of them..I got a new digital camera from my parents for christmas and I took it with me..So, anyway, hang in there drivers....Everything is going to pick up soon...Have faith.. Be safe out there...
