No import hassle if it's your own trailer thou. Should be a simple transfer

I would shy away from that damaged one.
Have you called the trailer dealers or are you just cruising kijiji for used trailers? There is a guy at exit 81 off 401, transit trailer, he has lots on his yard, check him out. I'd also ask great dane dealer at mississauga or whoever the utility dealer up there is. They probably all have drop yards off site due to cost of land. May find there is plenty of stock for sale just not in your face kind of thing.

Im been searching kijiji and auto trader.
But I will check those places tomorrow

Do you suggest a 2005-2007 as okay to start off or should I find a little newer one?

    Is our truckpaper.com

    If you get a 2005 for 5000 or a 2010 for 10000
I'd buy the 2010 .... if you get 5 years out of it and your residual value is 5000 your cost of ownership was only 1000/year
And a 2005 may be at the end of its life cycle and worth almost nothing, which in the end cost you more than 1000/year ....
Either way the numbers are small enough you should be OK as long as they are both sufficient to haul loads for and are not falling apart and in need of lots of repair.

Either of those look suitable. Price seems reasonable.

Yeah those look ok. That SSL might be a tad heavy those are built like a brick #### house. Which is good it'll have a long service life.
