    Duuuuuuuudddddddeeeeeee!

Don't start the DLR and Hagar thing....:biggrin_2559:

I do agree with you on the cost of the Nascar stuff. I've never been to a Nascar race, cause I ain't paying that much to watch them go around in circles when I can do it from the comfort of my own home!:yes2557:

I was lead singer for my garage band in high school, and sang lots of Van Halen...

I know guys who spend ALMOST as much on NASCAR stuff as they do on lottery tickets... while their kids are wearing 2 year old shoes, riding bikes that are duct-taped together...

i'd like to see you do 180-205mph for HOURS straight in a 100-150* car, strapped to the seat where you can only move your arms and legs and barley move your head.

Keep in mind that while driving 180-205mph you will have walls or other moving cars inches from you or actully toutching you!

Also keep in mind only 43 drivers race on sunday, all other sports have 1000's of Pro's in the league....

and then of course after being in that oven of a car you have to be ready to be on live TV and start plugging your sponsers and team.

There you go, Van Halen will never be Van Halen without David Lee Roth. I never was a Sammy Hagar fan.

And what your saying to me does not phase me.

So what... They can run hundred of miles per hour in a circle... I know tards that can do that also....

Nascar is a worthless sport... I don't even think it should be classified a sport. But that's my opinion. I guess living years in Mooresville kinda put a bad taste in my mouth.... The only decent driver I ever met when living there was Stuart. He was still considered a rookie back then thou.... I here he has turned into a prick lately.

NASCAR isn't like other sports in that you sit and watch it, NASCAR is an experiance, you go to the race to watch, feel, smell, hear the race party with other fans, hope to get a autograph or two, get drunk and eat some good food.

and most importantly NASCAR is THE ONLY PROFFESIONAL SPORT in the USA that allows you to BRING YOUR OWN BEER!

Talking about the fans... no doubt that the drivers are true athletes.

    Didn't know you was a fan...:biggrin_2559:

That just bugs the heck out of me! If they'd be more proud of their kids instead of their favorite driver and show it, they might actually be able to look back on their lives and feel the accomplished something!

I'd like to see them do my job also, but then again they didn't want to be a truckdriver.....
