Werner trainer told me about the two-window horn system for backing at a truckstop.

Put both windows down (gunfire works best). Turn off the radio, CB, cell phone, and inflatable, vibrating doll. Start backing. If you hear an air horn on your right side, steer to the right. Horn on the left, steer left. Simple, right? Why don't mor of us use this system?:biggrin_2559:

My first trainer, a local driver in Southern California, instructed me to go at 61-62 mph and CHP would not bother me. She got mad with me because I was TOO SLOW in her mind, keeping the speed limit of 55.
    - Speaks for itself, i changed trainer after week one. -

I once heard from an old boss "We're a clutching company". I think that was the only spin around the block I ever took using the clutch.

Had a boss tell me these exact words, "go get a load and bring overthere". Then he drove off. I stood there somewhat confused for a second then I got in my truck and went got another load of sand.
