    let them say the first price ....... you counter with a lower one if you feel theirs is to high. i bought a nice trailer. like that. i was going to offer 2k for it. they said they would sale it to me for 600 I said ok sold. and walked away a very happy camper

    I agree with Dryver on this one... those old Freightshakers that have been beat to death are more trouble than they're worth. What did that one hand say in a different forum? If you want Freightliner parts, just drive down the road and pick 'em up... or some hilarious line like that. With rare exceptions, Freightliners with well over 1,000,000 miles on 'em tend to spend a lot of time in the shop (or in your driveway, if you work on your own truck). I've nursed those older Freightshakers back and forth across country, and ya hafta treat 'em gently if you wanna make it home, 10? Best of luck to you... as for me, I'm gonna buy one of these > :Camel: When it breaks down in the middle of the desert, at least I can BBQ the sonofab*tch.
