I bought a new Ravens 48x102 flat in 95' it was a cool looking trailer and I always kept it shiny and the wheels polished, liked the swirls they put in the aluminum. I wished I still had it.

    The Magnum I'm guessing?

That was probably the best or one of the best and strongest aluminum trailer on the market at that time. The biggest problem they had was the frame cracking in front of the lead axle due to guys dumping the back axle.

Ok, here is a continue of the situation :)
blew tire on my "cracky" transcraft, so putting 8 new ones, since its time to change. Sad to see 2000$ going towards a trailer which not making me happy anymore. As far as cracks. I have one up to 50% of frame by front left side and two on the back. After I got first one and fixed it (on a front) it start cracking on the back, fixed them - start cracking front over welded plates upfront.
will try to drive maybe for month or two and anyway have to look for another trailer ...

Do you dump the back axle? If so, stop, that may be part of your problem.

No I'm not dumping axle, and always trying to park with big radius, to save tires .

sounds like the welds were too cold.........try finding a good welding shop

i haven't had a problem with my 98 transcraft yet.....and it is brick's old one

i take that back.....i have had a problem with the kingpin plate cracking out on the backside, but i attribute it to me not dumping the raer consistanly and occasionaly making seriously tight turns loaded....hey its a decade old and flexs alot

You gotta add the bracing that Transcraft now adds to their new models.

I'm just curious ............ how in the hell do you haul any thing on a trailer with this much arch???????????? This is probably the worst I've seen in a long time.
You wouldn't have to worry about rain water sitting on your trailer.
