Buying a trailer

    Hey my cousin dispatch’s owner operators I am considering buying a few trailers and renting/leasing them out. Is there money to be made by doing this if so how much what trailer should I get dry or refer? And do I charge a daily/weekly/monthly fee or do I charge a % of the load just trying to get some understanding anything would help! Thanks.

    There are lots of companies that does just that, contact them and see what kind of rental agreements they have available.
    Personally I would not want the run of the mill owner op that doesn't buy his own trailer dragging my trailer all over the country, what happens when he blows a motor in timbuckto, or loses a wheel bearing on said trailer, half way up the alcan?
