They can go to the fmcsa website and check under your company snapshot to find out how many trucks, how many drivers and the type of products you are authorized to haul based upon information on your mcs150. Most brokers don't care how many trucks you have as long as you can move the load they have at the moment. I have known a few instances where loads have been held for a specific carrier, but for the most part the broker wants to move any loads he may have as quickly as possible. The majority of brokers are only interested in whether your authority is active and insurance is current.

new authority and getting good ins is not hard,loads are not hard to find thru brokers.del on time and they will call you.drivers with less than 2 years i would stay away from,let them practice at some other company.people make this harder than it is,i can say that cuz ive done it and are still clicking along making money
