C-15 blowing coolant out

Nearest oem radiator is 1000 miles away...(Lancaster PA comes up short again )

Don't have the bandwidth to go aftermarket .... I've seen the threads....

Still waiting for radiator to show up.....old one is out and everything else is done...new compressor , and laundry list of little repairs........

Checked play in both turbo shafts, and exhaust manifold for leaks or broken studs. All good....


All evidence points to the compressor taking a dump. And filling cooling system with more air then it could vent out the pressure cap.

If you have a SDP and your compressor is throwing all kinds of crap into the dryer (mine always did) . I'd think about going with the superseded one.....

Mine had 3 different compressors under warrantee 5 years ago . Cat then came out with that test you had to pump so much crap in so much time.... And guess what ,their junk compressor passed that test.

All seems well.

Truck has run for about 3 hours . No pressure build up in cooling system.


No leaks including the cold water kind....

1st load Monday ..
