Yes the do. The transportation coordinator I work with at one of my accounts spent 3-years at CHR. They could see performance and rates for as long as you have hauled for them.

I think if someone is going to go out and get their own authority and truck/trailer and try to be a billy big rigger....they will FAIL!!! If you dont know how to negotiate then why are you expecting to make money? You think they are just going to hand it over to you?? Go back to being a compny driver if you dont have the proper business skills to be out here on your own. Its not really rocket science, some just expect to be served on a silver platter though...

I have no problem with Ch Robinson. Matter of fact I don't mind doing business with them at all. They are one of very few companies that always gets me paid in 7 days and NOT 60. No factor BS needed!josh.c and BigBadBill Thank this. -
