mileage pay in a truck where youd average 60 mph for 11 hours at .35cpm, $231 for the day, id like to see you average that speed though

I was paid 28% pulling a tanker regional, All were dedicated out and back runs.
averaged $275+ per day, And yes we could see the billing for any load any time -
i wouldnt even entertain unlocking the door on a truck for cpm, although i figure my pay by cpm and hours, go figure that one out

But with the short high-dollar freight, often comes more sitting and more dead-heading so one needs to look carefully at ALL the factors and pros and cons and weigh it out and see what works out best in the long run, with certain assumptions and averages.Fajo Thanks this.
