you should see their forums that show drivers that have been there say
1 year- 10 drivers
2 years-7 drivers
10 years- 2 drivers
15+ years- 2 drivers
Then you go to a smaller company that actually atleast pretends to care about the driver and say they have 50 drivers most have been there 5+ years and only a few 1 to 2 year drivers and they are very hard to get on with because nobody wants to leave because they know how good they have it where they are.

 

It's not really fair to hold CRE to such a high standard.

Should be more like:
I left CRE after 1 hour - 20%
I left CRE after the first day - 50%
I left CRE after orientation -20%
I got suckered into CRE fleece -10%
I am still with CRE after 1 yr -1%

 

lol I fit the

They must hire almost anyone. I knew this big black guy that was in the same line of work as me, super cool guy but always had a little trouble backing up his trailer. Anyways this dude I guess fell asleep at the wheel and ran into a concrete curb near an exit on the freeway, kicking up a chunk into a passing car and killing the lady inside. He also ran the truck off the road and into the dirt. The company instantly terminated him. I talked to one of his co-workers about a month later and they said he was already pulling loads for CRE.

Poor guy probably has sleep apnea. I used to be the same way, never fell asleep though. I got one of those CPAP machines. only need about 5-6 hrs of sleep and I can drive for 10-12 hours straight and not nod one bit, I am alert from the time I wake up to the time I go to bed. Before I had the machine I would sleep for 8-10 hours and still be tired as heck!
